The program is open to any Illinois Energy Solutions customer. In order to maintain eligibility, a participant must receive continuous natural gas service under the Illinois Energy Solutions Fixed Bill program. Illinois Energy Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the program and/or modify the terms and conditions of the program at any time and without notice to any customer or other party. Your account must be paid in full to receive miles. If we do not receive payment by the due date, we will hold your earned miles until payment is received. If your Illinois Energy Solutions account is referred to a third party collections agency due to nonpayment, these miles will be forfeited.
All Illinois Energy Solutions customers in good standing who are also SkyMiles Members are eligible to start earning miles.

Your participation in the Delta SkyMiles program will continue without interruption as long as you have active service and are current with your bill payments. You also consent to the sharing of your account information with that affiliate so you can continue to earn miles.
